Proven experience is desired but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

We’re looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the following roles:

What?:

You can choose to support in any of the following areas based on your availability and strengths:

1. Programme Support: Assist with coordinating sessions, schedules, and logistics.

Assist in planning and running virtual sessions
Coordinate with speakers, facilitators, and fellows
Manage Zoom rooms, attendance, and timekeeping
Compile session highlights and documentation

2. Fellows Personal Assistants: Serve as a point of contact for fellows, support participation and morale.

Serve as a point of contact for a group of fellows
Track fellow engagement and progress
Assist with assignments, reminders, and support requests
Celebrate fellow milestones and encourage participation

3. Communications & Content: Help craft messages, manage WhatsApp groups, and draft updates.

Draft and schedule newsletters and announcements
Engage fellows and alumni through social media
Help with branding and storytelling

4. Tech & Admin Support: Assist with Zoom calls, data management, and documentation.

Provide technical support before and during sessions
Manage recordings, links, and access
Maintain digital folders and organise fellow submissions

Eligibility:

Open to individuals with a passion for learning and contributing.
Prior experience in the respective field is an advantage but not mandatory.
Commitment of approximately 15–20 hours per week for the duration of the programme.
