I am Vuyokazi Nonzuzo Sigcau from AmaXhosa Kingdom Nqadu Great Place , I am writing this note today as an expression of
my determination towards the liberation of our society.The AmaXhosa kingdom is one of the kingdoms that are proud of their exclusive customs and traditions. I want to encourage equality in both traditional and modernized systems to ensure balance.
I identified a need for women traditional leaders to play a fundamental role in the socio-economic development of people.

I constantly seek knowledge to fulfill this desire and to change concerning my input that will lead to good positives outcomes towards farming development.
Encouraging Women and youth in formation of Co-operatives ,Npo’s food gardening for food security this will reduce poverty. .I’m training local people to make beadwork so that they can be able to take pride into their heritage.I also teach importance of umxhentso that is traditional dance cultural activities. Providing a conducive environment for agricultural production and economic returns, enhancing food security. Improve access to markets for small-scale farmers.
In partnership with Non -governmental Organisation,women ,youth and people with disabilities were trained on how to plant using old tyres and plastic plastic bottles. This program also empowers women to be independent so that they can put food on the table.
