My business is called Three Roofs Investment Limited and l make crisps and hand sanitizer from Cassava tubers for value addition. I chose Cassava because it is very low in fats and proteins and carries some valuable B complex group of vitamins and minerals and is gluten free.
The desire to contribute to positive changes within rural communities is my strong motivation to work hard for my society.
Our Business deals in Cassava By-products. We have 2 prototypes namely Cassava Crisps and Ethanol Hand Sanitizer. God willing we plan to produce Ethanol Cooking Gel in the very near future. As partbofbour Corporate Social Responsibility we support small holder Cassava farmers with capacity building in new methods of growing Cassava and introducing them to early maturity varieties of Cassava. We also provide them with access to markets in the Cassava value chain.
