I am Rafiatu Yashini Alhassan, a Social Change Communication professional specializing in strategic, systems-based approaches to food security and social impact. I hold a BSc in Social Change Communication, with expertise in behavior-change strategies, participatory community engagement, and policy advocacy. I am the Founder of the Norvo Sustainability Initiative, where I lead agricultural value-addition and circular economy interventions that reduce post-harvest losses and environmental pollution, while advancing inclusive economic opportunities for women and youth across the agricultural value chain. In addition, I serve as Secretary of the Youth Advisory Council for CeWaFS-Ghana, supporting coordination between youth structures and management, strengthening youth inclusion, and enabling effective collaboration as programme activities are implemented.
