Peace Semekor Adegbenu, is a researcher with a focus on antimicrobial resistance, postharvest management, and nutrition and food security. I hold a degree in nutrition and dietetics and an mphil in agribusiness management. I have made significant contributions to the adoption of insects and Orange Fleshed Sweet Potato (OFSP) in Ghanaian child nutrition, understanding the relationship between nutrition and cognitive performance of school-aged children and the susceptibility of bacterial and fungal isolates to various spices commonly used in the Ghanaian cuisine. I am currently working on projects in postharvest management, agribusiness marketing and internship matching.
