NAKI GROUP LIMITED deals with sunflower seeds processing and marketing sunflower cooking oil in Manyara Region. Our primary goal is to exploit gaps in sunflower oil business value chain to create opportunity for growth for mutual benefits. Creating win-win business models with underserved communities, such as the 750 youth and women smallholder sunflower producers by support and link them to inputs suppliers and access to finance.NAKI promotes direct market access with limited involvement of brokers, achieved through 56 VSLAs group leaders, these initiatives help lift these communities out of poverty and reducing price asymmetry and inequalities which is in line with SDG 1: No Poverty. Better price offered to farmers enhances food security and youth managing aggregation generate their income and they return to their villages with edible oil, and thus enhance income ( SDG 2: Zero Hunger and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth).
